1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or purchasing from AR Nutrition ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Products & Usage

  • Our products (including mass gainers, protein supplements, and nutrition products) are intended for healthy adults aged 18 and above.
  • These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Consult a physician or registered dietitian before use, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are on medication.
  • Results may vary. Supplements should be used in conjunction with a balanced diet and regular exercise.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of GST as indicated.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors).
  • Payment must be completed before dispatch.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • AR Nutrition is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Authenticity & Quality

  • All AR Nutrition products are manufactured in FSSAI-compliant facilities.
  • We guarantee the authenticity of all products sold directly through our website.
  • We are not responsible for products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including logos, product images, descriptions, and branding — is the property of AR Nutrition and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability AR Nutrition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in HIsar, Haryana, India.
