At AR Nutrition, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

7-Day Return Window We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In its original sealed packaging
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale

Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at srdhealthcare1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, we'll share the return shipping address.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return delivery.
